Satellite: CENTENNIAL 1 is a 1U CubeSat developed by Booz Allen Hamilton in partnership with the Air Force Research Laboratory to test ground-based space-awareness sensors that use lasers and optical sensors to track objects in space. The satellite was outfitted with a small optical sensing package to measure the intensity of the laser beam received by the satellite.
