A Russian Rockot Booster lifts off from an above-ground launch container at the Plesetsk Cosmodrome on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 to lift Europe's Sentinel-3A Earth observation satellite to orbit, joining the Copernicus Program to establish an independent European Earth observation infrastructure.
