Photos: SAGE Ozone-Sensing Instrument prepares for Launch aboard SpaceX Dragon
NASA’s SAGE-III Stratospheric Aerosol and Gas Experiment arrives at the Kennedy Space Center to undergo final processing before being loaded into the Trunk Section of the Dragon SpX-10 spacecraft in two separate parts – the SAGE Sensor Assembly and the Nadir-Viewing Platform. SAGE-III will capture data on atmospheric ozone, aerosols and other atmospheric gases relevant for studies of climate and Earth’s energy cycle.
