Photos: Early Morning Rollout of Soyuz Rocket

Russia’s Soyuz FG rocket completes an early morning rollout to the historic Site 1/5 launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome on April 17, 2017 in preparation for liftoff with the Soyuz MS-04 spacecraft and two Space Station crew members. Emerging from its processing hall at the traditional hour, Soyuz FG was greeted by a colorful morning sky as it slowly moved to its on-ramp to space, taking its vertical launch position for a three-day checkout and preparation campaign.
