Re-Entry: GRUZOMAKET

The GRUZOMAKET Mass Simulator, delivered to orbit in the debut Strela launch in 2003, re-entered the atmosphere in December 2015 after 12 years in orbit, starting out at an altitude of 500 Kilometers. The mass simulator represented the properties of the Kondor Earth observation satellite to demonstrate the orbital insertion accuracy of the Strela launcher.
