An Antonov cargo aircraft arrives at the Baikonur Cosmodrome with the Amazonas 5 communications satellite, being delivered by Space Systems/Loral, based in Palo Alto, California. Amazonas 5 is targeting a September 2017 liftoff atop Russia’s Proton rocket on the vehicle’s third flight of the year, the second operated by International Launch Services.
