Ariane 5 Rolls to French Guiana Launch Pad for 5th Liftoff in 2017

A 55-meter tall Ariane 5 rockets rolls out from its Final Assembly Building to the ELA-3 launch pad at the Guiana Space Center on September 4, 2017 for liftoff with a pair of heavy communications satellites. Carrying a total payload mass of 10,838 Kilograms, Ariane 5 will be tasked with dispatching the Intelsat 37 and BSat-4a communications satellites into a standard Geostationary Transfer Orbit.
