Progress MS-05
Progress MS-05 is the first Russian resupply mission to the International Space Station in 2017 and marks Swan Song for the Soyuz U rocket that makes its final mission after a career of over four decades. The mission is the 'Return to Flight' of the venerable Soyuz U/FG launch system after December's launch failure during the Progress MS-04 mission.
Progress MS-05 is set for a nine-minute climb into orbit atop its Soyuz rocket followed by a two-day link-up with ISS to deliver nearly two and a half metric tons of food, fuel and supplies to the crew in orbit.
