The SES-15 communications satellite arrives in French Guiana after traveling from Boeing’s El Segundo, California facility to reach its equatorial launch site from where it will blast off in May 2017 atop a Soyuz ST-A rocket, marking only the second Geotransfer mission for the “Europeanized” Soyuz.
