Video: Japan’s H-IIA blasts off with 2nd Quasi-Zenith Satellite

A Japanese H-IIA 202 rocket blasted off from the Tanegashima Space Center at 0:17:46 UTC on June 1st, 2017, carrying into orbit the second member of the country’s Quasi-Zenith Satellite System to enhance Global Positioning System availability and accuracy across Japan and the Asia-Pacific Region. The 4,000-Kilogram satellite was separated into the intended transfer orbit 28.5 minutes after liftoff.
