Events at this location

Space Launch Complex 3E is United Launch Alliance’s West Coast Pad for the Atlas V rocket, located on California’s Vandenberg Air Force Base. SLC-3E entered into service in 1961 and supported Atlas and Atlas-Agena missions through the first decades of its operation, then hosting three Atlas IIAS missions starting in the late 1990s before being revamped for Atlas V, starting in 2004.
