Delta IV to Launch WGS-8
A United Launch Alliance Delta IV Rocket is set for liftoff from Cape Canaveral on Wednesday at 23:53 UTC to embark on a 42-minute climb to boost the WGS-8 satellite to Geostationary Transfer Orbit from where the spacecraft will join the Wideband Global Satcom System - building the backbone for secure communications for the U.S. Department of Defence.
